TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions apply whenever you book to attend one of our courses or events. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before you make a booking. Once we have accepted your booking, these terms and conditions will form a legally binding contract between us. If you do not agree with any of the terms and conditions, please contact us to discuss this before making a booking.
Who we are
Our courses are supplied by PH Retreats Ltd, a company registered in England under company number 09706113 whose registered office is at 42 Haversham Drive, Bracknell, Berkshire RG12 7NB UK.

We will contact you by letter, phone or email at the addresses and phone numbers you gave us when you booked the course/event.
How to book
You can book a place online from our website https://www.pranichealinginireland.com/ph_ire/.
We will confirm your order by email. Once we have confirmed your order, a legal contract will come into existence between you and us.
Price and payment
You can pay us online by debit or credit card, by electronic bank transfer or through WorldPay Link. We do not charge for handling debit or credit card payments.
To secure a place, you pay the full fee for most courses and events and for Higher Courses or Arhatic Retreats, you can pay us a non-refundable deposit of €60 for.
If you have booked at a special discounted rate and paid a deposit, you must pay us the balance of the fee by the date specified in our confirmation email. If you are paying the full fee, you must pay us the full fee (or any outstanding balance) before the course/event starts. (Please note that if you are paying by electronic funds transfer, you will need to make sure that the payment reaches our account at least 3 working days before the course starts.)
Changing your mind
You have the right to change your mind and cancel your booking, free of charge, at any time within 14 days after the date we have emailed you to say we accept your order, but you cannot change your mind after you have attended the course. You can still change your mind after the 14 day period has ended, but we will then have the right to retain the deposit you have paid or to deduct the sum of €60 from any monies refunded. Provided you cancel your booking at least 7 days before the course/event is due to be held, we will refund any fee you have paid, less the €60 deposit.
Any money due to be refunded to you will be repaid within one month from the date you cancel your booking in writing via email.
Review students
If you are booking a course as a review student, then instead of the terms above, you must pay the full price of the course at the time of booking. If you cancel the booking after the 14 day period mentioned above, we will be entitled to deduct a €60 administration fee from any money we refund to you.
Seminars and Practice Sessions
If you are booking a seminar or a practice session, then instead of the terms above, you must pay the full price of the event at the time of booking. If you cancel the booking after the 14 day period mentioned above, there will be no refund due to you.
Problems with our products
We have legal duties and you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. For full details of your rights, please visit the Citizens Advice Bureau website at www.adviceguide.org.uk, or see a legal adviser, but in summary, if we do not run the course with reasonable skill and care, you can ask us to let you attend the course again for free, or you can get some or all of your money back.
We hope that what you will learn attending one of our courses will be useful to you, but, particularly because the usefulness of the material depends on your personal approach and how you apply what you learn, we do not guarantee that the course will produce any specific outcomes for you.
Changes to course/event details
We do our best to ensure that our courses/events are delivered as advertised or arranged with you, but we reserve the right to change details of any course, including the timing, location, venue, content and presenters.
If you are unable to attend a course/event because of changes in the timing, location or venue, you will be entitled to ask for your money back or be given a credit to attend another course. We will not be liable for any other costs or expenses which you may incur such as cancellation of travel or accommodation arrangements for attending the event.
Giving your booking to someone else
You cannot transfer your booking for a course/event to someone else.
Using our materials
We own the intellectual property rights, including copyright, in any materials given to you in connection with the course, whether delivered in hard copy or electronically. This means that you must not copy or reproduce them in any format for the purpose of distributing them to anyone else, whether or not for payment and we have the right to bring legal proceedings to stop you from doing so.
Privacy
We will store and use any personal information we may collect about you in accordance with our privacy policy, a copy of which is available on request or on our website https://www.pranichealinginireland.com/ph_ire/.
Governing Law
This contract shall be governed by English law and either of us can insist that any dispute arising out of it is dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
